This test phase must always happen in close co-operation with the commissioner.
This stage in the realization of a project is generally the most visible one, demands most of the efforts and is relatively occupying the largest budget. Once the objectives are determined and developed, the actual implementation of the process starts. This contains for example the programming of the questionnaires, the fieldwork, data entry and data processing.
This phase especially demands much attention of the project leader. At this stage – a stage that is most liable to quality problems - the complete implementation must be checked and more specifically if the postulated methodology is entirely followed. If needed the project leader should intervene to guarantee the required quality in the data collection.
